1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using keen-canine.com (the “Site”) or purchasing products from Keen-Canine™, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase products.

These Terms apply to all users, including Founders Release purchasers and Monthly Allocation Program participants.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Keen-Canine. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Product Descriptions

Keen-Canine products are described accurately on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

Products are subject to availability. All allocations are produced in limited quantities and availability changes without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. You agree to pay the price listed at the time of your order, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Payment is processed at the time of order. For Monthly Allocation Program subscriptions, payment is processed monthly on your enrollment date.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Orders and Allocations

Founders Release Orders

• One package per household
• No restocks
• Orders are fulfilled within 7-10 business days

Monthly Allocation Program

• Subject to approval and acceptance
• Requires 30-day cancellation notice
• No pauses or holds permitted
• Keen-Canine reserves the right to withdraw participation at any time

6. Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns except for:

• Lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
• Damaged in transit (visible damage to package)
• Product defect (contamination, spoilage, packaging failure)

7. Shipping

We ship to addresses in COLORADO only. Shipping times and methods are determined by Keen-Canine.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Product Use

Keen-Canine products are intended for canine consumption only. You are solely responsible for determining suitability for your animal.

We make no claims regarding health benefits, medical treatment, or therapeutic value. Consult a veterinarian before introducing new foods to your dog’s diet.

9. Limitation of Liability

Keen-Canine, Rit Shabbit Enterprises LLC, and their affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to purchase products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

10. Intellectual Property

Keen-Canine™ is a trademark of Rit Shabbit Enterprises LLC. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Monthly Allocation Program at any time, for any reason, without notice.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
